The local hospital organises:
- Venue - preferably with PowerPoint available

- local staff (medical, nursing, midwifery, microbiology)
- interested bodies (e.g. NCT and CHC)
- Sponsorship (only from companies adhering to the WHO Code and acceptable to UKAMB)
- Transfer of team from station/airport/hotel to venue and return
Cost:
Total package includes
- Administration
- Speakers fees
- Travelling expenses
- First year membership to UKAMB if a milk bank is established
£1000 if within 100 miles of London
£1200 if more than 100 miles from London
£1500 if distance is such that speakers have to fly to venue
If overnight accommodation is needed then additional costs should be added to the total bill)
