Donors Do It Safely: NICE Implementation support document

As part of implementation support for the NICE Donor Breastmilk Guidleine, published in February, NICE and UKAMB have developed a checklist that milk banks can issue to donors to enable them to record information relating to each donation of breastmilk that goes to the bank. The checklist, which can be found at <http://guidance.nice.org.uk/CG93/CheckList/doc/English> can be downloaded and personalised with the Milk Bank logo or details prior to use.

This is another example of close collaboration between UKAMB and NICE which has also included the provision of training to enable milk bank staff to implement the new guideline.
